We warrant each new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty shall remain in effect for a period of one year from date of purchase.

All Repower Marine products must be installed by a qualified marine technician.

Since this warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship, it does not apply to normal worn parts, adjustments, tune-ups or damage caused by parts not supplied by Repower Marine, freezing, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidents, abnormal operation or improper installation or service, participating in or preparing for racing, water entering the engine cylinders through the exhaust system or carburettor (Repower Marine recommends that all exhaust manifolds and risers are replaced prior to installation of new engines), nor the use of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) at any time (our engines are manufactured for petrol (gasoline) only).

Reasonable access must be provided to the product for warranty service. This warranty will not apply to: Haul out, launch, towing and storage charges, telephone or rental charges of any type, inconvenience, or loss of time or income, or other consequential damages, removal and/or replacement of boat partitions or access to product.

Claims shall be made under this warranty by contacting Repower Marine, we shall then arrange for inspection and repair, provided such service is covered under this warranty. Purchaser shall pay for all related transportation charges and/or time. If the service is not covered under this warranty the purchaser shall pay for all related labour, materials and any other costs associated with the service. Our obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to repairing a defective part, or at our option, refunding the purchase price or replacing such parts as shall be necessary to remedy any malfunction resulting from defects in materials and workmanship supplied by Repower Marine. No labour charges will be paid on installations carried out by a non-qualified OEM technician, labour costs will be reimbursed at a rate that shall not exceed £30.00 per hour, to a maximum labour payment of £300.00.

ALL INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE LIFE OF THE WARRANTY
